CBF is available as a plug-in electronic board, but HSA also offers two pre-built systems with a Windows-based control system. An office system (OPC) with the ability to print in two or four levels of height and another layered system (RPC) with the ability to print in 6 or 8 levels of height.

Development of print height

CBF is based on PCI card and each CBF has the ability to control 2 levels of print height. For more printing height up to 8 levels of printing height, more control board can be installed

Reliable communication

Each CBF has a sensor, data converter and serial connection. The network connection is established through the computer’s network port. If you need remote control of printers, you can use wide communication ways. The CBF board can handle 8 signals to control external equipment.

Powerful solution

A variety of heads are available for printing from the sides in addition to printing from the bottom.

With this solution, CBF gives you a lot of freedom to multi-branch the head along with precise adjustment of the height and coordinates of the head. The combination of hardware and software gives you a powerful solution for powerful printing with secure software.

Direct printing from databases with different extensions

Our control board allows to directly print data from databases with different extensions such as *.sql, *.mdb, *.xls and *.csv.
